What is a Circle?
A Circle is a peer group for founders and entrepreneurs who want to grow together. Each Circle meets biweekly for 105 minutes and is capped at 25 members so everyone is heard. Sessions follow a simple rhythm that creates clarity, connection, and real opportunities.
What if the Circle I want to join is full?
Join the waitlist and we’ll contact you as soon as a seat opens. You can also explore another Circle nearby or talk with us about starting one in your area. We’ll help you find the best fit to experience your first Circle soon.
Can I visit multiple Circles?
Yes. Once you become a member, you’re welcome to attend any in-person or online Circle that has space. Many members visit multiple Circles to build new relationships and expand their network.
How do Leader-led Circles work?
Each Circle has a volunteer Leadership team that facilitates meetings, welcomes guests, and keeps the experience engaging and on track. Leaders receive ongoing training and support from The Breakthrough Hub so every Circle stays meaningful and well-run.
Can I attend as a guest first?
Yes, guests are welcome when space allows. Registration for guests opens seven days before each Circle so members have first access. If your preferred Circle is full, you can join the waitlist or choose another upcoming date. The Hospitality Experience Fee applies at the time of registration.
What happens after I join?
You’ll receive a welcome email with access to our member portal and a prompt to book your first Circle. We’ll also introduce you to a few members so you can start strong and feel connected from day one.
Do I get online access with an In-Person membership?
Yes. All memberships include access to BTC Online, our global digital community. It’s a great way to stay connected between in-person Circles.
